Each wind chime includes a round sail that can be custom engraved. Engraving on one side is included in the price;

engraving on both sides is available for an additional $10.

Personalization can include more than just text. Names, dates, messages, simple graphics, symbols, and customer-provided artwork can be incorporated into your design.

Have artwork or a graphic you'd like to use? Describe it in the engraving field when you order. I'll contact you after your order is placed so you can send the image file. If you're not sure whether your idea will work, I'll help you create a design that engraves well.

After your order is placed, I'll create your personalized design and send you an image for approval. I won't engrave your wind chime until you're happy with the design.

Free standard shipping is included within the contiguous United States.

Because each wind chime is personalized, I'll create your design and send you a proof for approval before engraving. Most orders will be ready to ship within 3-5 business days after your design is approved.

You'll receive tracking information when your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

Because each personalized wind chime is custom engraved specifically for you, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is an error in the engraving.

You'll receive a design proof for approval before your wind chime is engraved. Please review your proof carefully, including names, dates, spelling, and other details.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake that does not match your approved design, please contact me and I'll work with you to make it right.
