The Story
Honestly, dlbworkshop didn't begin with a business plan. It began with family.
A gift needed making, so into the workshop Dave went. Then came another project. And another. Before long, there was a growing collection of things built for the people he loved - each one made carefully, personally, and with considerably more attention to detail than anyone had probably requested. What began as making things for family naturally grew to making things for other families, businesses, churches, and people looking for something they simply couldn't order off a shelf.
Then the tools got a little more sophisticated.
Traditional woodworking was joined by modern equipment and laser engraving, opening an entirely new range of possibilities.
Today, dlbworkshop still operates much the same way it began: one craftsman, one workshop, and the belief that if something is worth making, it's worth making well.
